Jordan St. Cyr Introduces New Era With Dual Release

BEC Recordings’ artist Jordan St. Cyr releases two new songs this week from his forthcoming project, offering a first look at a more personal and new season. “The Storyteller Man” debuted earlier this week, with “Wild Love” releasing today, and the latter is also going to the radio for his new single. Produced by Paul Mabury, both tracks reflect a return to St. Cyr’s roots of earthy, organic, and grounded storytelling. Listen to both “The Storyteller Man” and “Wild Love” now.

“The Storyteller Man” (Paul Duncan/Paul Mabury/Jordan St. Cyr) draws from the lasting impact of Jesus’ parables. The song also nods to his upbringing. Raised by a singer/songwriter father who introduced him to artists like Billy Joel and Bruce Springsting, St. Cyr grew up surrounded by great storytellers, but says the words of Jesus ultimately shaped him most.

“There ain’t no better storyteller man than Jesus. The stories Jesus told have transformed my life,” Jordan St. Cyr shares. “They speak directly to how we should live and how our choices echo into eternity. There’s never been and never will be a greater storyteller.”

Out today, “Wild Love” (AJ Pruis/Jonathan Gamble/Jordan St. Cyr) centers on the relentless nature of God’s love. Rooted in childhood conversations about faith and the goodness of God, the song reflects a belief that we want a love that seeks more good than evil and never lets go.

He adds, “No one can outrun the love of God. Even when we wander, His love comes after us as a Shepherd searching for His lost sheep, a Father bringing His children home.”

The new music marks a creative shift for St. Cyr. After beginning the project in early 2024, he set out to make songs driven by instinct over format. “We weren’t writing for a format, but we were writing songs I love. It feels more like where I came from, more honest and raw.”

With “The Storyteller Man” and “Wild Love,” St. Cyr steps into a sound that feels both familiar and newly refined. A sound that is an honest reflection of who he’s been all along. Stay tuned for new music from Jordan St. Cyr.
